About Me

I’m a qualified level 5 Counsellor and Psychotherapist, based in Cheshire, offering both online and in-person sessions.

My approach is integrative therapy, meaning sessions are shaped around your unique needs.  Integrative therapy draws on different therapeutic approaches to suit you, recognising that no single method works for everyone. I work as both a counsellor and therapist, providing supportive counselling as well as therapeutic interventions depending on each client’s needs.

I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can talk freely and openly at your own pace. Together we will explore what is going on beneath the surface so that we can make sense of the patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we can work on making sense of your experiences, to move towards greater clarity, understanding, and emotional balance.

My work is grounded in the belief that we all have the capacity for growth and healing when we feel truly heard and accepted.

Therapy with me is about understanding your story, exploring patterns, and finding new ways to relate to yourself and others with greater compassion, so that you can feel mentally lighter.

I am a registered member of the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and follow theirEthical Guidelines.
